We strive to send perfection but every once in awhile a defective item slips through the cracks. We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for those items that are returned back to us unwashed and unworn.
You MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be returned to us to initiate your claim.
Wrong size apparel:
Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email with sizing/ordering questions.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment and the size of your order are the same. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled; therefore, check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
For printed clothing such as t-shirts we print every product as it’s ordered; therefore, we cannot process size exchanges or refunds.However, if you’d like a different size, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You MUST email email@example.com to schedule a return. Please include your order number, the product you are hoping to return and the reason for the return.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
